By making a Submission to the Site, you irrevocably transfer and assign to Rethink Greece Retreats copyrights or other rights that you may have in such material and you waive any right to compensation.

You are fully responsible for the content of your Submissions and will be solely liable for any damages resulting from any violation of any law or the rights of All Greek Villas or any other person, or any other harm resulting from your Submissions.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless All Greek Villas and its affiliates and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents from and against all demands, losses, liability, claims or expenses, including attorneys fees, made against All Greek Villas by any third party due to or arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site.

Separate terms and conditions, including your cancellation rights, if any, will apply to your reservation and purchase of travel-related goods and services that you select. Any violation of these additional terms and conditions may result in cancellation of your reservation(s) or in your forfeiting any monies paid for such reservation(s).

MISCELLANEOUS

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Greece, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. You consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Greece, in all questions and controversies arising out of your use of this site and this Agreement. The relationship between All Greek Villas and you will be that of independent contractors, and neither of us nor any of our respective officers, agents or employees will be held or construed to be partners, joint ventures, fiduciaries, employees or agents of the other. If any part of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law, including the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of these Terms shall continue in effect. You may not assign, convey, subcontract or delegate your rights, duties or obligations hereunder.

USE OF THE SITE

You may not use the Site or any Content for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms or that infringes the rights of All Greek Villas or others.

You also agree not to: (i) make any false, speculative or fraudulent inquiry, request or reservation; (ii) access, monitor or copy any content or information of this Site using any deep-link, page-scrape, robot, spider or other automatic device, program, algorithm or any similar process; (iii) take any action that imposes, or may impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure; (iv) use any device, software or routine to interfere with the proper working of the Site, any transaction being conducted on the Site or any other person use of the Site; or (v) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or any systems or networks connected to the Site by hacking or any other illegitimate means.

NO WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

WHILE All Greek Villas USES REASONABLE EFFORTS TO INCLUDE ACCURATE AND UP-TO-DATE INFORMATION ON THE SITE, Rethink Greece Retreats MAKES NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS AS TO ITS ACCURACY. THE PROPERTIES, INFORMATION, PRODUCTS AND SERVICES PUBLISHED ON THIS SITE MAY INCLUDE INACCURACIES OR ERRORS, INCLUDING PRICING ERRORS. IN PARTICULAR, All Greek Villas DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY OF, AND DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY ERRORS OR OTHER INACCURACIES RELATING TO THE INFORMATION AND DESCRIPTION OF THE VILLAS AND OTHER TRAVEL PRODUCTS DISPLAYED ON THIS SITE (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE PRICING, PHOTOGRAPHS, LIST OF AMENITIES AND GENERAL PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS), MUCH OF WHICH INFORMATION IS PROVIDED BY THE RESPECTIVE SUPPLIERS. IN ADDITION, All Greek Villas EXPRESSLY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CORRECT ANY PRICING ERRORS ON THE SITE AND/OR ON PENDING RESERVATIONS MADE UNDER AN INCORRECT PRICE. IN SUCH EVENT, YOU WILL HAVE THE OPTION TO KEEP YOUR PENDING RESERVATION AT THE CORRECT PRICE OR CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION WITHOUT PENALTY.

THE PROPERTY OWNERS AND OTHER SUPPLIERS PROVIDING TRAVEL OR OTHER SERVICES IN CONNECTION WITH THE SITE ARE INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS AND NOT AGENTS OR EMPLOYEES OF All Greek Villas. All Greek Villas AND ITS AFFILIATES ARE NOT LIABLE FOR THE ACTS, ERRORS, OMISSIONS, REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES, BREACHES OR NEGLIGENCE OF ANY SUCH SUPPLIERS OR FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURIES, DEATH, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR OTHER DAMAGES OR EXPENSES RESULTING THEREFROM. BY OFFERING TRAVEL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES LOCATED IN PARTICULAR DESTINATIONS, All Greek Villas DOES NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT TRAVEL TO SUCH POINTS IS ADVISABLE OR WITHOUT RISK, AND IS NOT LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OR LOSSES THAT MAY RESULT FROM TRAVEL TO SUCH DESTINATIONS.

THE INFORMATION AND SERVICES PROVIDED OR REFERENCED ON THE SITE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND WITH ALL FAULTS, AND THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO SATISFACTORY QUALITY, PERFORMANCE, ACCURACY AND EFFORT IS WITH THE USER. IN NO EVENT SHALL All Greek Villas, ITS AFFILIATES AND/OR THEIR RESPECTIVE SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE USE OF OR ACCESS TO THIS SITE OR THE DELAY OR INABILITY TO USE THIS SITE, OR FOR ANY VIRUSES, INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, LINKED SITES, PRODUCTS AND SERVICES OBTAINED THROUGH THE SITE, OR OTHERWISE ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THE SITE, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF Rethink Greece Retreats, ITS AFFILIATES OR ANY OF THEIR RESPECTIVE SUPPLIERS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF DAMAGES.

If, despite the limitation above, All Greek Villas, its affiliates or their respective suppliers are found liable for any loss or damage which arises out of or in any way connected with any of the occurrences described above, then All Greek Villas, its affiliates or their respective suppliers liabilities will in no event exceed the greater of the total related rental revenue paid by you at the time of the occurrence.
