Amaya 3 is built on the lowest level, yet there is no compromise in the breathtaking views of the blue sea and the magnificent mountain tops. This four-bedroom villa spans three levels and is considered the most private property of the complex while still enjoying panoramic views of Souda Bay, the scattered Apokoronas villages, and the majestic White Mountains. The villa’s contemporary design blends timeless black and white tones with subtle hues of blue and green, creating an elegant and serene atmosphere. Comfortable sun loungers and a hammock invite you to relax throughout the day, while luxury beds with custom linen and bedding ensure a restful night’s sleep.

The ground floor is split into two levels, separated by three steps. The upper level features a fully equipped kitchen and a large wooden dining table, while the lower level hosts a spacious living room with a comfortable linen sofa. On this level, there is also a queen-size bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, fitted with a marble sink, teak furniture, and a shower column with hydromassage. On the first floor, two bedrooms are positioned at opposite ends to ensure privacy, each with its own terrace. The first bedroom features a split king bed that can be joined or separated according to guests’ needs. All bedrooms offer a premium sleeping experience with top-quality mattresses, a pillow selection service, and large TV screens. For romantics, the second bedroom features a canopy bed and a large terrace furnished with sun loungers.

During the summer, there is no better place to unwind than by the pool, soaking up the sun. The swimming pool, along with a lounge space furnished with sofas, provides the perfect setting to relax while gazing at the stunning sunset. Nearby, a dining area with a gas BBQ offers an inviting space for shared moments with family and friends. Sunbeds are placed to let you bask in the warmth of the Cretan sun, while easy access to the sea allows you to fully enjoy the crystal-clear waters of Crete. Amaya 3 has a total living area of 220 sqm on a plot of 500 sqm.

On the ground level, the open-plan living room includes a satellite LED TV, Apple TV, an energy fireplace, a docking station, and a linen sofa. The fully equipped modern kitchen and dining area accommodate up to eight guests. Bedroom 3 has two twin beds (90×200) that can be converted into a king-size bed upon request, an en-suite bathroom with a hydromassage shower, a satellite LED TV, and access to a private balcony with a seating area and sea views. A laundry room with a washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board is also located on this floor.
